Endometriosis not only causes infertility in women, but it also causes pain during sex, heavy bleeding during periods, lower back and abdominal pain before or while on your menstruation. This disorder prevents pregnancies because it attacks the female reproductive system. The fallopian tubes and ovaries are in harms way, but this disease can be treated. Two million women in the U.S. have this disease.

According to the Mayo clinic the Endometrium which lines your uterus can reproduce in other parts of the body as well. When it is else where in the body it acts as it would usually do during the menstruation process. The tissue thickens breaks down and bleeds every month. Because there is nowhere for the blood to exit the body, it becomes trapped and the endometrial tissue get irritated.

This condition can be confused as another medical condition like irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), Pelvic inflammatory pain (PID) or ovarian cysts. It can be misdiagnosed with these conditions because they cause pelvic pain as well. Endometriosis can be mild, moderate and severe, but if left untreated it can get worse. Some women have symptoms and some do.

This disease can trap blood which can cause cysts, scar tissue and adhesions, this is an abnormal tissue that brings the organ together and this is what causes pelvic pain and what prevents pregnancies in women that are trying to conceive.

There is still no reason on what causes this condition, but in some cases it can be treated. If you think you have endometriosis, see your doctor. It can take years for it to develop; it is ongoing during the menstruation process and stops if you are pregnant or when off your period. This is what makes it difficult to pin point the condition. It can be confused with the normal cramps that occur while on your period.

Many with endometriosis are still able to conceive. The process of the way the egg is reproduce is when the egg leaves the ovary, travels through the fallopian tube and becomes fertilized by the sperm, then it attaches itself to the uterine wall to be developed. What prevents a woman from getting pregnant is when the egg gets trapped near the ovary, which causes complications.

If your condition is not that serious the doctor may tell you to go ahead and try to have children. Because the longer you wait the worse it can get. Your doctor may prescribe you some pain killers, hormonal therapy, might suggest surgery or you might have to have a hysterectomy, Depending on your situation. Make sure you ask any questions you might have, it is very important.

There is another way to conceive a supplement called Fallodox helps women become fertile. It is a very effective product that has help many women have the baby they always wanted. Its safe all natural and helps you manage endometriosis. It’s specially develop to help promote fertility.

Many women have found that special menopause diets can minimize the symptoms of menopause and make the change of life transition much easier and smoother. Menopause diets are a good alternative to prescribed medication and are good for those who worry about adverse side effects. Most all gynecologists recommend that women who are in their pre-menopause stages adopt a menopause diet and stay on it throughout the transition to reduce stress, reduce symptoms, and to ensure good health.

Black cohosh is one highly recommended herb to add to a menopause diet. Gynecologists urge that women begin using black cohosh for treatment of hot flashes. This herb is quite powerful and shouldn’t be used any longer than six months. If used any longer than this, although there is no exact effects determined, there could be unknown side effects.

Japanese women intake a greater amount of soy in their everyday diet, and they are only 30% as likely to complain of menopause symptoms as women in the United States and other parts of the world. Soy includes estrogen like substances that are often used in menopause diets to help with hot flashes. The best way to take soy is through soymilk or tofu.

There are some things that, unfortunately, are a large part of most everyone’s diet and are hard habits to break. However, these foods have adverse effects and can make menopause symptoms worse. Some of these are tea, alcohol, coffee, spicy food, soft drinks (with caffeine), and smoking. Try and keep high-calorie, sweet junk food to a minimum and eat as little of these as possible.

The main food experts recommend for menopause diets are fruits and vegetables, basically just eating healthy. Boost your intake of fruits such as melons, oranges, and lemons. Potassium, found in bananas, helps with women who retain water. Good vegetables are dark leafy vegetables like collard greens, spinach, cabbage, broccoli, peppers, and tomatoes. Regular fiber intake is also a healthy part of menopause dieting.

Instead of fried foods, try and stick to food that is broiled or baked. Instead of white bread and white rice eat more whole grains, like oats, rye bread, and brown rice. Try not to eat as many regular potatoes, but rather opt for sweet potatoes or pasta. Other good things to add to your everyday diet include, oily fish like mackerel or salmon, nuts, seeds, dried fruit, and unprocessed oils for cooking. Other foods that are not so conventional but are recommended are different types of seaweed (ask at your local health food store) like Nori, Kombu, Arame, and Wakame.

A well balanced, nutritious, healthy diet will help reduce symptoms and achieve optimum health in women. The key is to incorporate as many natural foods into your menopause diet as possible.

Everything should be fed if it has to work. This is true in case of everything right from the automobiles which require gasoline or fuel to the living cells which requires food. Nutrition is an organic process of nourishing or being nourished; the process that allows organism to assimilate the food and use it for growth, work and maintenance.

In other words, nutrition is defined as a science, which narrates the relationship between the health and diet. In a same way, nutritionists or dieticians are health professionals who specialize in this area.

The Purpose of knowing Nutrition

The main purpose of studying or knowing nutrition is to explain the physiological and metabolic response of the body to the diet it takes. Molecular biology, biochemistry and genetics are the newer sciences that assist in studying the body’s mechanism.

The human body is made up of water, proteins (amino acids), nucleic acids, fatty acids and carbohydrates. These compounds in turn have elements like hydrogen, carbon, oxygen, phosphorus and nitrogen. We do have minerals like calcium, zinc, iron etc. These are to be maintained in the body at any cost as any alteration in this will invite the diseased state. Foods are the sources of all the elements we want and hence, it is important to understand how foods affect the body.

Types of Nutrients

The substance that provides nourishment or nutrition is called as nutrient. There are six main classes of nutrients, which the body needs namely; proteins, carbohydrates, fats, vitamins, minerals and water.

The proteins or amino acids are required to produce new body proteins and to replace the damaged proteins. Proteins help in building the body. There are many types of Vitamins in the body that help in the different performance of the bodily systems. Water and salts maintain the hydration of the body. It is also an important structure that maintains the blood pressure in the body. Carbohydrates and fats are the powerhouse of the body. They release the energy as and when required in the body. Minerals are essential for normal bodily functions.

Things to be Remembered

Studying nutrition, one can know about the nourishment of the body by food and also hazardous things which can be brought by improper diet. High calories intake may result in life threatening disease like arteriosclerosis and so the heart attack. Proper nutrition is required for the body to fight against the microorganisms. Knowing the nutrition and its importance, one can take care about himself or herself and their babies. Proper nourishment prevents major diseases in the children like Kwashiorkor and Marasmus. Knowledge of nutrition will also help in preventing diseases. During the pregnancy, improper nutrition will affect mother and also to the development of fetus.

Nutrition is important to know, to study and to put it into implement. We should know about the food and drink we consume. It is beneficial in both ways; healthy foods are to be increased and bad foods like foods having ‘empty calories’ are to be avoided.

The most common causes for infertility For Men are sperm disorders. These problems include a low sperm count.

This is probably the most common of the causes for infertility in men. Sperm are very fragile and most don’t make their trip through the woman’s system. This is why most men produce millions of them at a time, however, the less a man produces, the less chances he’ll have to be able to impregnate a woman.

The only way to get an accurate sperm count for a man is to be tested at a doctor’s office. The amount of ejaculate or size of a man’s genital organs have nothing to do with actual sperm count.

Certain lifestyles, like increased alcohol intake and smoking, can also have a negative effect on sperm count and are some of the most common causes for infertility. Men who are 40 or older often have decreased fertility.

Low sperm motility

This is a problem commonly referred to as ’slow’ or ’sluggish’ sperm. The sperm do not move as well as they should and so do not make the entire journey through a woman’s system in order to fertilize the egg. This is also one of the most common causes for infertility in men.

For Women

There are many causes for infertility and reproductive issues for women, from simple reasons to those that are more complicated. Here are the most common:

Anovulation.

This refers to a lack of ovulation, or release of eggs from the ovary. The major cause of anovulation is a condition called polycystic ovary disease, or PCOS. This is the most common of the causes for infertility in women.

The fallopian tubes and endometriosis.

Another of the causes for infertility is the inability of the fallopian tubes to carry eggs from the ovary to the uterus, usually due to scar tissue or a condition called endometriosis. Endometriosis is a condition where tissue similar to the lining of the uterus (the endometrial stroma and glands, which should only be located inside the uterus) is found elsewhere in the body. Endometriosis lesions can be found anywhere in the pelvic cavity: on the ovaries, the fallopian tubes, and on the pelvic sidewall.

For Both Men and Women

Age is one of the major causes for infertility in both men and women. In women, fertility declines with age, and even more so after the age of 35. Conception after age 45 is possible but rare.

Obesity is also one of the causes for infertility for both men and woman. Many studies have also begun to link a man’s excessive body weight with his inability to produce healthy sperm. Cholesterol is damaging to his sperm count and breaks down the health of the sperm that is present.

Becoming a mother is the most beautiful experience for any woman. However this is also accompanied with the negative side of excessive weight gain during the pregnancy period. Losing weight after pregnancy is not possible but yes, it should be done only at a slower pace. It is not wise to diet and thereby deny your baby essential nutrients. You need to aim at eating in a healthy manner and also work at losing weight. You are likely to put on 25-30 pounds during your pregnancy, out of which about 12-14 pounds are lost after delivery. You are still left with a baggage of 12-20 pounds around your body. This feeling of excess mass can make one feel depressed and disappointed.

It is recommended to start losing weight 2-3 months after delivery. You should feel completely ready for the fitness regime with rigorous exercises. It is right to lose only about 1-1.5 pounds per week.

You need to understand that weight loss is not a miracle that will happen overnight. It is likely to take 6 to 12 months to shed off the excess mass. Only hard work, patience and faith will pay off in the right way.

Tips To Follow

Breast Feeding

One of the best ways to lose mass is to breastfeed. Your extra weight that is stored in you is to give you energy for breastfeeding. Breastfeeding takes about 200-400 calories per day. It is good to combine breastfeed with other programs.

Exercise

Exercise in general is good for blood circulation, it gives you an energized feeling, lifts your spirits if you are feeling low etc. It is important to wait for six weeks to start exercising even if you have had a normal delivery. Start from light forms like walking, yoga to moderate intensive forms of exercises. Increase your exercising time gradually as a sudden outburst of energy can tire you out very easily. Start initially by working out at home.

Healthy Diet

There should always be a combination of exercise with dieting. The diet should be wholesome packed with nutrients. This diet will not only aid you with weight loss but also provide your baby with the right food while you breastfeed. Crash diets or starvation can deprive you of the required nutrients and their results though quick and fast will only rebound multifold.

Walking

This is the best form of exercise as it just requires your time and space and is not dependent on any special place or equipment. It is highly practical and you can even take your baby out in the stroller as you go for a walk.

Eat smaller meals frequently throughout the day. This will keep your energy levels up the whole day.

Be Patient

Don’t get disappointed if you find other mothers losing weight faster than you. Have patience, take your time and you will definitely achieve your goal.

Losing pregnancy weight is not impossible. It requires a combination of right planning and advice and following the required tips diligently. This way you will not be far from your goal. So go for it!

I have never given much thought on the things that I am into at night. I have nothing in mind before I go to sleep. I have never experienced this way before. It seems like I could stay late at night, worst if I would not be able to sleep. Well, I never paid too much attention to it until such time that I found out it is no longer normal to not sleep at all at night no matter how tired I was.

I was informed that the feeling that I have prior to going to sleep is a behavior towards insomnia. According to experts, there are three causes of Insomnia Sleep Disorders: psychological causes, physical causes, or temporary events or factors.

Insomnia is a disorder wherein the person experiencing the disorder cannot go to sleep due to unexplained circumstances. First, experts believe that insomnia is a result of anxiety. Anxiety might be the cause of tension, apprehension, fear, helpless, uncertainty and worry. Another possible cause of insomnia could be stress. Life itself is stressful physically, mentally, emotionally, socially, and psychologically.

Stress might add up to the anxiety we already feel. Another possible cause of Insomnia Sleep Disorders could be depression. When a person is down, have a lot of problems or have something that he/she can’t spill out, it causes depression. Unconsciously, that person is still thinking about the things that cause the depression even before she sleeps. It causes insomnia as a result.

In a psychological aspect, anxiety, depression, and stress are the determinants of insomnia. These factors are all uncontrollable since it entails the logical processes of the brain. We might not be aware since the brain functions either consciously or unconsciously. At this point, this type of factors cannot be predetermined as well since it is inevitable.

In the physical aspect, it includes hormonal change for women during menstrual period. It is normal for women to experience Insomnia Sleep Disorders during the menstrual process since there is what they call hormonal imbalance. The person’s medical state as well is the main causes of insomnia. It includes but not limited to hypothyroidism, heart diseases, and other diseases.

Internal pain or genetics might also be considered since pain is associated with undergoing certain surgery and genes might also be a factor since the genes of the insomniac parents might be pass on to the children. Those stuffs are considered to have a significant effect to the ability of a person to fall asleep.

Another cause of insomnia could be temporary like jet lag, excessive exposure to alcohol and caffeine, environmental condition like noise, humidity and others. As a matter of fact, these are normally the temporary reasons for people who can’t sleep. See? A simple sleeping disorder might lead to a serious illness.

Insomnia might be as simple as it is, but we have to seek medical assistance and do not let it ruin your sleeping habits. It is recommended that simple things should not be taken for granted since small illness results to fatal diseases. So, if you have the same experience of not getting sleep for days now, seek medical assistance before it is too late.
